Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Peter + Piper offers nationwide shipping across South Africa. We aim to ship parcels on BUSINESS DAYS within 2 – 3 days of receiving payment on your order and order confirmation. Weekend orders will be shipped during the week thereafter. Different shipping methods are available at various prices. Please select your preferred method upon checkout. Please note that should you select to have your purchase shipped, it will take 2- 5 WORKING days to reach you. Peter + Piper will not be held liable for the loss or damages of items due to the absence of the recipient. Please ensure that the delivery address on payment is correct as Peter + Piper will not be held liable for any items not delivered due to incorrect delivery address.
Orders will be dispatched once Peter + Piper has received payment thereof. Waybill details will be sent via email to the purchaser on the day of the parcel deposit.

Tracking on all orders will be provided by Peter + Piper through The Courier Guy’s website.

*Please note that local door-to-door deliveries are charged at a flat rate fee of R90 per order.

Missing/ Lost Orders

Unfortunately, it does sometimes happen that an order goes missing on its way to its destination. Should this be the case, please get in contact with the courier of your preferred shipping method to locate the whereabouts of your parcel.
Please contact Peter + Piper within two weeks (14 days) of an order’s tracking which has not been updated, for us to rectify this error. Peter + Piper will not be held liable for the replacement of lost parcels if the receiver has not contacted us within 3 weeks of the order being sent out.
